May 20, 2010 - Oregon Track Club Masters Presentation and Social

BRAD HUDSON returns by popular demand as our speaker for the OTCM May Presentation and Social.  Brad is a well known coach of elite runners, and author of Run Faster from the 5K to the Marathon.  He was also a star runner at South Eugene High School and the University of Oregon.  He held the high school indoor record at 5000m, and has a 2:13 marathon PR.  Brad's talk will focus on the specifics of adaptive training, using examples from world class athletes to masters athletes.  He will also discuss cross training and take your questions.

The social time will begin at 7:00 PM, and will include light refreshments.  Brad Hudson will speak at approximately 7:30 PM.  Be sure to stick around for raffle prizes!
